Fruit Sherbet

About This Project

Sorbet is made from frozen, sweetened fruit juice. You do not need milk to create this perfect, natural and aromatic dessert.

Cut the fruit into small cubes and place them in the Slow Juicer.

Mix the extracted juice with honey (1 tablespoon per 100ml of juice).

Put the mixture in a shallow metal container, cover it and freeze it.

After 3 hours, remove it from the freezer compartment and scrape it with a fork in it before freezing again.

TIP: When fruit juice is frozen, the sugar content decreases. For this reason, you should use the honey before freezing.
