About This Project

Put all the ingredients into a sharpened kitchen appliance.

Shape the mass into Cup Cake large portions and distribute these on a tray.

Let it harden in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

3 large grated carrots, 200g dried, cored dates (or raisins), 100g walnuts, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 cm ginger grated, 1 cm tumeric root grated (or 1 teaspoon of tumeric), 1 tablespoon of water from soaked aniseed (allow to soak for about 2 hours)
