Tan Coconut Balls

About This Project

Add all ingredients together, without soaking water, into the kitchen appliance and mix thoroughly.

Then shape balls with wet hands and water in additional coconut flakes. That’s it.

Store in the refrigerator or dehydrate for 4 hours to intensify the taste.

Has Omega 3 fatty acids, all B vitamins, vitamin K, potassium, vitamin C, vitamin E, proteins, many minerals, antiviral and antibacterial properties, supports digestion, lifts serotonin levels (puts you in a good mood!)

Ingredients

3 cups fruit juice leftovers (especially carrots and coconut), 3 tablespoons Chia seeds or linseed (1-2 hours soaked), 3 cups almonds or other nuts (12 hours soak well, can also be a mix of nuts), 1-2 table spoons raw cocoa, 6 table spoons raw honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 small glass tube of cooking orange oil or rum aroma, 1/2 cup of coconut flakes
